These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Track Day Analysis at trackdayanalysis.com (the "Service"), a free telemetry-analysis tool operated by an independent developer. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

⚠ Important safety disclaimer

Motorsport and high-performance driving are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death. Track Day Analysis is an analysis and educational tool only. The data, metrics, lines, and any guidance it produces may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional, in-person driving instruction or for your own judgment. Never interact with the Service, your phone, or any device while driving. You are solely responsible for your own safety and for operating your vehicle within your abilities, your vehicle's limits, and the rules of your event and venue.

1. The Service

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the telemetry, video, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and to provide the sharing you choose. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to upload and share it — including any video or data that involves other people.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track Day Analysis and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, vehicles, property, injury, or death, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using it.
